We currently have vacancies for Warehouse Colleagues at the Asda Warehouse in DN6 Doncaster, working rotating days and afters or a permanent night shift any 5 over 7 days, including 75% weekend working, salary £12.21. The distribution centre provides a dedicated service of delivering a range of products to ASDA distribution centres across the UK.
40 hours per week
How will you contribute?
- Reporting to Warehouse Line Managers
- Required to undertake loading, picking and unloading duties which involves lifting of heavy stock/products
- To carry out a variety of warehouse duties to include pallet truck operation and mechanical handling equipment
- To carry out the preparation of store orders accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality level
- To be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices
What will you bring?
- Must be adaptable to assist in all areas of the warehouse with a flexible team-based approach
- Must be punctual, reliable and committed to achieve daily and weekly KPI's
- Will have a good eye for detail combined with basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Warehouse experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided
- Will be able to work accurately under restricted timescales.
