We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Relations Executive to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our racedays and events, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

You will take ownership of our Annual Badge Holders, Owners & Trainers experience, manage our ticketing platform, and play a key role in enhancing the on-course experience for racegoers and industry stakeholders.

Working closely with the local team, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our customers from start to finish.

  • The Customer Relations Executive will
  • Take ownership of the Annual Badge Holder programme, building strong relationships with members and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to raceday.
  • Lead the Owners & Trainers experience, ensuring Wincanton Racecourse consistently achieves ROA Gold Standard and delivers first-class hospitality and service.
  • Manage and optimise ticketing and raceday experiences, ensuring all products, packages and fixtures are accurately promoted and maintained.
  • Be a visible presence on racedays, acting as a key point of contact for customers, owners, trainers and industry stakeholders.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues effectively and helping drive outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
  • Support the planning and delivery of both racing and non-racing events, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Play a key role in enhancing the customer journey by analysing feedback, supporting Visit England initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support across the racecourse, including community and charity initiatives, sponsorship activity, event preparation, and collaboration with marketing and operational teams.
