Wincanton PLC is seeking two skilled 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils in EYFS and KS1. The role requires patience, resilience, and awareness of trauma-informed practices to support emotional and academic needs effectively.

This role is term-time only, with working hours from 8:40 am to 3:15 pm, promoting hands-on learning approaches while recognizing individual learning plans.

Salary ranges from £12.85 to £13.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
