Overview

Wincanton are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join the team from October. Reporting to the Operations Support Manager. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative on a fixed-term contract with Wincanton until December 2025. Exceptional candidates will be considered for permanent opportunities. This role will be varied across production and e-commerce picking/packing/loading tasks. No previous experience is required; full training will be provided.

Shifts and pay

Exciting pay structure starting from ÂŁ12.21 per hour to ÂŁ18.32. Temp to Perm opportunities for highly motivated candidates. In times of low volume travel may be required across the local Northampton network (NN4 9BX & NN4 9BW). For the right candidates, further opportunities and progression available in the wider People Campus network. Shifts available: Tue-Sat; Sun-Thu; Fixed 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.
