Overview
As a Warehouse Operative you\\\’ll report directly to the Warehouse Team Manager. This role offers variety to ensure we achieve and excel customer expectations. You\\\’ll deliver KPI\\\’s both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

- Permanent Role – Warehouse Operative Nights – £29,829.70 per annum
- Wincanton are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our night team in Cullompton, Devon, working in a team supporting with the day-to-day warehouse activity.
- £14.34 per hour
- £29,829.70 per annum
- Nights: Monday to Friday
- 22:00 to 06:00
- 40 hours per week with paid breaks
- Overtime paid at time & half basic rate after 40 hours work
- 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
How will you contribute?
- Warehouse duties including picking stock accurately and efficiently using handheld device to scan
- Items to be loaded onto pallets
- Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
- Ensuring quality is of the highest standards and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
- Ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy
- Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
- A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
