Ready to take the next step in your HR career? At GXO, we are looking for a HR Advisor to join our Coca Cola team in Lisburn, BT28.

In this role, you will have day-to-day responsibility for the site and will manage all site HR and Payroll activities in a manner that adds value to the client in support of the business key performance objectives. This is a full-time, permanent, site-based position, working mainly Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. We do have some flexibility on start and end times, and we ask for some flexibility too, this is logistics after all!

Pay, benefits and more: We are looking to offer a salary of up to £34,600.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include all aspects of ER, safety, service, cost and people management and achievement of the appropriate KPIs;
  • Responsible for delivering a proactive HR strategy that is dedicated to delivering improved performance focused on customer excellence;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day overall management of the HR Team and all HR activities and key initiatives such as performance management, talent management, development, absence management, wellbeing and engagement;
  • Working together with local unions and workforce representatives to develop a positive, proactive, constructive working relationship implementing an employee relations climate of excellence to support the site's development;
  • Build and implement an effective employee engagement strategy, resulting in a highly engaged and motivated workforce.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Be of graduate calibre and possess a CIPD qualification;
  • A proven track record in a similar capacity, preferably with exposure to an operational environment such as logistics, production or manufacturing;
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice and employee relations;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-standing working relationships;
  • The ability to work well under pressure, both on your own and as part of a small team.
