Warehouse Colleague roles pay £13.64 per hour, with an additional £1.94 per hour between 18.00 and 06.00 and an additional £4.17 for hours worked over 160 per 4-week pay period and Bank Holiday hours worked.
In addition to this, a fixed premium of £83.40 per 4-week pay period is paid for operating Counter Balance and Reach truck and £83.40 if you operate the MHE in the freezer store.
Wincanton Dedicated Grocery are recruiting for Reach Truck drivers to help deliver orders to our customer Sainsbury's local convenience stores.
Working in a safety-first environment with wellbeing as a key focus, we have shifts from permanent nights to rotating 06-14/14-22, to permanent 07-15 in the Freezer and Permanent 14-22.
We are offering a full-time permanent role with a permanent contract, ~29 Days Holiday (rising to 32 Days dependent on length of service), ~4-Weekly Lunar pay, excellent transport links (close to North Greenwich tube station + Charlton train station), free on-site car parking, and retail + leisure discounts through the company Benefit App.
Warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, particularly in a multi-temperature environment.
Flexible shifts require some weekend work (2 of 3) as the depot operates 24/7.
