Wincanton Dedicated Grocery is hiring Reach Truck Drivers to support our partnership with Sainsburys Local Convenience Stores and this is more than just another warehouse role.

What Youll Earn

  • £13.64 per hour (base rate)
  • + £1.94 per hour (18:00 - 06:00 shift premium)
  • + £4.17 per hour for overtime (over 160 hrs per 4-week period & Bank Holidays)
  • + £83.40 every 4 weeks for operating Reach/Counterbalance
  • + £83.40 every 4 weeks for freezer MHE work

The Role

Youll be a key part of a safety-first, high-volume operation, working across a multi-temperature environment (including freezer - full PPE provided). Expect a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same - from moving stock to keeping operations flowing and hitting key targets.

Shift Patterns

Permanent: 06:00 - 14:00 (Freezer environment)

Full-time, permanent opportunities available.

What Were Looking For?

  • Reach Truck experience is essential (Licence can be expired - well refresh it if youve got the experience)
  • Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
  • Flexible to work weekends (2 out of 3)
  • Able to work to targets while maintaining high standards
