Salary £24,700 + 25% unsocial / weekend premiumto the advert along with the hours i.e 5 over 7 days shift work between 7am to 9pm. How will you contribute? Working as part of a team the post-holder will need to work alongside colleagues sharing their experience and knowledge to provide customers with a high level of service delivery. Ensure that all incoming calls are answered in line with the SLA criteria and are dealt with appropriately and promptly. Manage customer incident calls/emails through to completion. Chase information from 3rd party network. Ensure the accurate maintenance of specific spreadsheets as and when determined necessary are completed.
