HR Manager

Wincanton are looking for an experienced People Manager to join a busy operational site in Branston, Burton on Trent. The role falls within our General Merchandise division and is on our B&Q contract. Reporting to the People Partner, the overall purpose of the role is to provide the site management team with support and guidance in relation to all HR related topics. The ideal candidate will provide a professional service covering all aspects of personnel, employee relations and industrial relations, while supporting a culture of continuous improvement, to ensure that all contract objectives are achieved and maintained through the performance of people: This is a Monday to Friday role, predominantly site based, with one day a working from home. There will be occasional travel to other sites. Candidates with union experience are preferred. Salary depending on experience. How will you contribute? Responsible for delivering a high-quality professional HR service to all on site. Have a passion for coaching and supporting Managers in delivering the policies and procedures in line with site agreements and current legislation.
