Administration Clerk (40 hours per week) CONTRACT: Wincanton for ASDA LOCATION: Larne Regional Distribution Centre, Northern Ireland SALARY: £24,627.20 Wincanton is looking for an Administration Clerk to join our successful team on the ASDA contract based at the Larne Regional Distribution Centre, Northern Ireland. This role is a full-time permanent position working any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00 (days & afternoons). Typical shift times include a mix of 6am to 2pm, 12noon to 8pm and 2pm to 10pm which offers a flexible lifestyle. The Role: Working in a busy administration office you will report to the Stock and Administration Manager Responsible for creating ASN.s to put orders onto the system and data entry Liaising with suppliers at point of goods in and despatch Issuing kits in and out i.e. headsets Reporting of figures for daily and weekly reports for ASDA Matching and returning all suppliers Proof of Deliverys back to multiple destinations Updating spreadsheets, tracking consolidations Communicating with other team members ie. drivers, warehouse Escalate issues that are likely to affect the operations Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health & Safety The Person: Essential Skills: PC literate, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel The ability and desire to work consistently as part of a team working on a shift pattern Good numerical and analytical skills paying strong attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team Flexible and able to respond positively and reliably to internal and external customer requirements Hands on approach to be able to accept change where necessary Driven by continual improvement and high personal standards To be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and other colleagues by adhering to safe working practices.
