Winbro Group Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at our Shepshed facility in the United Kingdom.

The role focuses on owning and improving processes for hot gas path turbine components, tooling, and fixtures while collaborating with aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy partners.

Key duties include supporting processes with EDM, milling, and laser operations, leading new product introduction, and driving improvements to reduce defects and improve first-pass yield.
