Time is a finite resource for any leader - and this position exists primarily to ensure that our CEO can dedicate their time to the areas that matter most. Success in this role means providing the support necessary for our leadership to be as effective as possible. This is not a traditional “diary manager” EA role. It’s a trusted operator who brings judgment, pace, and consistent execution.
You’ll blend world-class executive support with light operational ownership to overcome obstacles, drive follow-through, and help the CEO to focus on the highest-impact work. This is a 3-day/week role, designed to deliver outsized impact through prioritisation, helpful processes, and consistent follow-up.
