What if your next Supply Chain role wasn’t about maintaining the status quo but actually changing it? I’m delighted to be working exclusively with a growing international engineering business to recruit a newly created Planning & Supply Chain Manager position. This is far more than a traditional planning or procurement role. You’ll have genuine influence over how the business operates, helping transform a reactive manufacturing environment into a planned, lean and scalable operation.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Production & capacity planning
- Materials & procurement coordination
- MRP/ERP and production data
- Lean & continuous improvement
- Inventory and supply chain efficiency
- Cross-functional planning across Sales, Production & Engineering
We’re looking for someone from a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automation, capital equipment or engineered-products environment, with strong planning/supply chain experience and a genuine appetite for improvement. This is a role for someone who wants to build, influence and make a visible difference.
