Working within a multidisciplinary team across both shop floor and office environments, the Repairs Administrator will manage customer repair orders, supplier repair orders, documentation, ERP transactions, and communication flows. You act as a key contributor to operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide full administrative support to the MRO and Part 145 team.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, ensuring internal and regulatory standards are upheld.
- Ensure KPIs are met through disciplined, methodical work and attention to detail.
- Perform daily checks with Despatch for Part 145 deliveries and move items to the correct storage areas.
- Unpack and verify all incoming customer and supplier deliveries against documentation.
- Book repaired items into the ERP system upon return from suppliers, generate Certificate of Conformities and shipping documents to have parts returned to the customers.
- Create and manage maintenance customer orders and purchase orders, prepare delivery notes and support invoices in the ERP system. Photograph customer returned units.
- Process RAI/BER units.
- Manage both customer and supplier orderbooks with clear updates and expected shipping dates in line with the customers’ expectations.
- Have regular review meetings with customers and suppliers via teams or face-to-face.
- Offer standard exchanges when applicable.
- Create and submit quotations for customer approval.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the MRO operation.
- Coordinate internally with technical teams, quality, and logistics.
- Review and approve supplier quotations.
