We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Disease Solicitor to join our esteemed client's team in either Leeds, Birmingham, Leicester or Liverpool, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigated noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), HAVS (Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome), asbestos-related injury claims, and other industrial diseases.

Your role will involve handling complex litigation work, drafting legal reports, conducting research, and attending conferences and court proceedings. You will work closely with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established team working predominantly on behalf of large insurer clients and corporate entities, providing expertise in industrial disease law and fostering business development initiatives.

  • Previous experience in managing NIHL, HAVS/WRULD, and asbestos-related injury claims, either handling or assisting
  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ to Associate level considered)
  • Extensive litigation experience with proven analytical and technical abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
