At Winberry, we're delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established engineering business that has built an outstanding reputation for supporting some of the UK's leading organisations. Their expertise spans the complete engineering lifecycle from design and manufacture through to installation, servicing, maintenance, spare parts and customer training.
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be home-based and spend the majority of your time travelling to customer sites across the UK, carrying out servicing, maintenance and site work. You'll also visit the company's manufacturing facility in Brecon for training, meetings and support when required.
The Opportunity- Servicing and maintaining equipment at customer sites.
- Completing RAMS and detailed service reports.
- Diagnosing faults and delivering practical engineering solutions.
- Working safely while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with customers and representing the business professionally.
- Minimum 3 years' engineering experience.
- Materials handling industry experience (preferred).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- £32,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

- Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours
