Winberry are partnering with a growing manufacturing business in Ammanford that’s building momentum and investing in its people. They’re now looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on, pragmatic HR support and help shape a strong, progressive people culture. This is a true HR generalist role where you will be visible, influential, and close to the operation.
The role
- You’ll work closely with managers across the business, providing practical, commercially focused HR advice and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising managers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, absence, and employee relations
- Managing complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
- Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in handling people issues
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and best practice that enhance the employee experience
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, induction, and wider lifecycle activities
- Using HR data to spot trends, identify risks, and drive improvement
- Ensuring HR operations run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly
- Contributing to HR projects that support organisational change and workforce capability

- A pragmatic, people-focused, commercially aware approach
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
