Ready to take ownership of the entire journey from factory to customer? I'm delighted to be working with a growing international engineering business to recruit a newly created Warehouse & Logistics Manager position. This is far more than a traditional Warehouse Manager role.

You'll take overall ownership of Stores, Warehouse, Finished Goods, Despatch, Freight and International Logistics, bringing the operation together under one clear plan and one accountable leader.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and develop the Stores & Despatch teams
  • Improve warehouse organisation, stock control and efficiency
  • Take ownership of international freight and container logistics
  • Manage freight forwarders, hauliers and logistics partners
  • Improve OTIF delivery and shipment visibility
  • Reduce handling, errors and logistics costs
  • Introduce better processes, systems and KPIs

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution or Supply Chain professional, ideally from a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, capital equipment or complex product environment. International export and freight experience would be highly advantageous.

This is a role for someone who wants to build something better not simply manage what already exists. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys bringing structure, solving problems and making operations work smarter, I'd love to hear from you.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives.
