What does a day as a Staff Trainer look like?
You’ll often visit multiple stores in a day training store management and staff on new and existing products on their shelves. Your training will instil confidence in the staff’s ability to sell the products, with the goal of increasing sales. Whilst in store you will also check stock, make sure pricing tickets are correct and ensure demonstrations are working as they should. Once you’ve completed the online report via our smartphone app you’ll then travel to the next store, each visit usually lasts from 1-2 hours depending on the number of products stocked.
This is a self employed position meaning you have flexibility on when you carry out your store visits. You’ll be paid for each completed visit (plus expenses) and you’ll be able to choose the work you accept meaning you can fit the work around your other commitments.

- It is essential you have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle

It would be advantageous if you had previous staff training experience or familiarity with the consumer electronics sector.
