We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. This role offers flexibility and is perfect for someone looking to balance their professional work with other commitments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger entries.
- Help with VAT returns and payroll processing as needed.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and document management.
- Respond to queries from suppliers and customers regarding invoices and payments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeping, or Finance Admin role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

What We Offer:
