Call Centre Advisor to join our growing team at one of the UK's leading hair transplant providers.
As the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting individuals throughout their hair restoration journey.
About the Role.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online messaging.
- Booking consultations for prospective patients and ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Following up on enquiries and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conducting aftercare telephone calls to patients following their procedures, ensuring they are recovering well and answering any non-clinical questions.
- Booking post-operative review consultations and follow-up appointments with our clinical team.
- Providing outstanding customer support throughout the patient's journey, from initial enquiry through to aftercare.
- Accurately updating patient records using our CRM and internal systems.
- Liaising closely with patient coordinators, surgeons, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Managing appointment diaries and helping to maximise clinic utilisation.
- Meeting individual and team performance targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the patient experience and contribute to continuous service improvement.
What We’re Looking For.
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, sales, healthcare, or appointment-setting role is ideal and highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy, with experience using CRM systems being an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
