We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Trainer who is knowledgeable and professional in health and fitness and able to represent Third Space by offering advice and support to our members. This role is not for the shy or fainthearted as you will be expected to confidently offer professional advice to club members and, in doing so, build up strong rapports.
As a Trainer, you must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached. You will be assessed by a number of differing criteria, practical skills, training inductions and interactions you achieve and, if successful, you can move up the ranks to then becoming a Personal Trainer.
You will have/be:
- Strong communication skills and have a natural flair for going above and beyond the expectations of our members
- Serve as a customer service liaison between members and management
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and a clear focus on providing a first-class member experience
- Responsible for uploading gym floor experience in line with our brand standards
- First Aid knowledge
