- A real passion for working in the equestrian industry.
- Experience in instructing
- The confidence and enthusiasm to lead regular hacks across some of England's most beautiful riding country, including Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park.
- A strong sense of commitment — we’re looking for someone who can reliably work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (any combination of these days)
We’re proud of our 23 incredible horses, our welcoming and supportive team, and the great relationships we’ve built with our members. Alongside fantastic working conditions, we also host plenty of social events, which our team members are always welcome to join!
If you’re ready to ride and be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.
