At Wimbledon School of English, we work with students and partners from all over the world, helping them develop the language skills that genuinely change lives. We are now looking for a Sales Executive to join our international sales and marketing team.

The role

Working closely with our Global Sales Manager and Marketing team, you will focus on B2B and B2C sales across specified international markets, while also providing sales support to our global network of language travel agents.

This is a highly relationship driven role, combining desk based sales activity with regular and sometimes intensive international travel.

Key responsibilities include

  • Proactively reaching out to prospective students and guiding them through their study choices
  • Delivering consistently high quality service to both agent partners and prospective students
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with education agents in your markets
  • Actively seeking and developing new leads
  • Maintaining a high conversion rate across all enquiries
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and ensuring agents and students receive clear, accurate information
  • Keeping CRM records and internal reports up to date with daily activity
  • Working towards and exceeding agreed targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellent customer service
  • Representing the school at overseas fairs, workshops, partner visits and industry events
  • Hosting visiting partners in the UK and supporting fam trips and visits

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English
  • A fast learner with a track record of achievement
  • Supportive team player who works well collaboratively
  • Flexible, can do attitude and openness to new challenges
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Highly organised, efficient and detail focused
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language such as Italian and/or Spanish and/or Mandarin
  • Proactive problem solver who is comfortable working independently
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Sales experience in the ESL industry, particularly junior programmes, is highly desirable
  • Experience using a CRM system such as HubSpot
  • Educated to degree level
  • Clean DBS check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
