We are looking for a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for community impact to join our supportive and collaborative organisation.

Wimbledon Guild is a community charity in Merton offering practical help and support so that people never have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether money’s tight, someone is feeling low or overwhelmed, or they’re looking for new friends and activities locally, we’re always here. We support more than 4,000 people across our borough every year through a range of innovative services that we continue to develop in response to changing needs.

As Head of Communications and Fundraising, you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, leading on raising the profile of Wimbledon Guild and driving income through diverse fundraising streams. You will be responsible for providing clear, professional direction and leadership of Wimbledon Guild’s fundraising, volunteering and communications activities. The role offers huge personal satisfaction and the opportunity to work with a talented, friendly team, as part of a supportive and collaborative organisation.
