We are seeking a Mobile Garden Maintenance Team Leader, with a UK approved driving license, to join our friendly team. We take pride in the upkeep of high-end gardens and natural environments in SW London and Surrey. This is a great career opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a variety of outdoor spaces, with a keen interest in horticulture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership of the Maintenance team.
  • Training team members in garden care and operation of garden machinery.
  • Ensuring schedules are adhered to.
  • Site management.
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently, with clients, office staff and other team leaders.
  • Carrying out seasonal garden care.
  • Mowing, pruning and hedge trimming.
  • Hard surface cleaning.
  • Management of vehicle care, tools & equipment.
  • Loading & unloading of garden machinery and garden waste.

What we are looking for

  • An enjoyment of working outdoors in a natural environment.
  • A driver, with good leadership skills.
  • Physical strength (for working long hours).
  • A “can-do” reliable attitude and good work ethic.
  • Good time management & punctuality.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet the team in New Malden at 7 am each morning.
  • Driving licence essential (UK approved).
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Previous garden landscaping or maintenance experience essential.
  • Physical strength, motivation, and reliability.
  • Right to work in the UK.
