JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate should have good customer service, ICT and communication skills.

We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff, contractors and visitors.

  • WORKING HOURS & PATTERN
  • 25 hours per week (Term Time Only)
  • 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM (3 days per week) and 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM (2 days per week).
  • A punctual 8:00 AM start is an essential operational requirement for this role to provide front-desk coverage at school opening.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

  • To welcome visitors to reception, answering the telephone, taking messages, deal with enquiries and assist in general administrative tasks
  • Provide reliable, confidential administrative support to the HR function.
  • Conduct supplier research, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare formal work orders and requisitions.
  • Provide administrative and procurement support to the Catering Manager
  • Maintain and update the school\'s Fixed Assets Register
  • Update and monitor the facilities management compliance database with service dates, certification tracking, and engineering reports.

YOU WILL HAVE

  • A high level of communication skills with the ability to relate (both verbally and in writing) at all levels
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in ICT systems and administrative technology.
  • Previous work experience in a busy office or school environment
  • A proven ability to work on your own initiative, manage competing priorities, and maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude.
