Wimbledon Carriage Company Ltd is an independent Prestige Car Dealer based in East Horsley, Surrey. Established in 1981, we are still owned and run by the same family. We specialise in low mileage, high specification prestige cars. We sell around 45 cars a month and work hard to maintain a strong reputation for quality cars backed with excellent customer care.

We pride ourselves on a straightforward approach without the politics often found in main dealer settings.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced sales executive to guide our customers from initial enquiry through to handover. Delivering 1st class customer service across all aspects of the sales process including:

  • Responding to enquiries
  • Ensuring all our stock is advertised accurately across all portals
  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge across our wide range of vehicles
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Appraising and valuing part exchange vehicles
  • Assisting customers with finance and warranty options
  • Confidently handling queries and complaints ensuring they are resolved promptly
  • Ensuring excellent customer care at all times

The Candidate

  • At least 5 years proven experience within the automotive sector ideally working with prestige brands
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to help build trust
  • Excellent communication skills and constantly exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills
  • Professional and committed to promoting our company’s traditional values and integrity
  • Work proactively in a busy environment
  • Full UK driving license

Further Detail

  • 5 Day week to include Saturdays
  • £30,000 Basic plus generous commission
  • On Target Earnings £55k with uncapped commissions
