We are recruiting an Operations Manager! As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Melksham Town Council’s parks, green spaces, buildings, public facilities, and associated assets current and future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all sites are safe, compliant, well maintained, and aligned with the Council’s environmental, community and corporate priorities.
- Leading the environmental team and overseeing contractors.
- Supporting the development of long-term asset plans, delivering improvement projects, and maximising efficiency, community value and commercial opportunities.
