The predicted salary is between 25800 - 25989 £ per year.
Salary: Grade D £13.05 - £13.47 per hour (£25,185- £25,989 pro rata). Actual Pay for this role from £7,843 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Hours of work: Equivalent to 13.75 hours per week - Alternate Wednesdays and every Thursday and Friday - Term time only - 8.45 am to 3.15 pm.
Contract type: Fixed Term until May 2026 (parental leave cover).
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our happy and committed early years team. You will need to be a calm, well organised person who can support our pupils with their learning in class and also in small group sessions. Our Teaching Assistants need to have strong behaviour management skills as they work with a range of pupils with different needs.
We are looking for someone:
- who ideally has experience of working with children in classroom and intervention settings
- can support the development of skills in literacy, numeracy, communication and social and behavioural needs
- can motivate and support pupils across early years
- who is a team player with a sense of humour
