We are looking for Lifeguards who are available on an ad-hoc basis covering existing staff absences. For any unsocial hours worked, casual workers will receive an additional payment (at a rate of 10%) attached to their hourly rate. Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being.
To be considered for a casual Lifeguard position, you will need a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and an understanding of relevant health and safety legislation. Whether you are pursuing a leisure career or saving for a gap year, we can support your chosen path.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability.
