Position Overview

Join our HR case management team and play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving employee relations issues. Our HR case management teams are dedicated to providing professional HR advice and expertise to managers and schools, using a proactive approach to interpret employment law and internal policies. As a Senior HR Case Adviser, your goal will be to expedite decision‑making and resolve cases efficiently, benefiting both the council and schools. You will provide expert advice on complex employee relations, support council changes, liaise with legal teams, mentor staff, communicate policy changes, and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective HR management and compliance with employment laws.
