Salary: £53,063- £55,460 (Inclusive of 15% market supplement)

Join us in a leadership role as an Assistant Team Manager, contributing to our mission of supporting families and preventing breakdowns. As an Assistant Team Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping a positive impact on families. Working closely with the Team Manager, you'll lead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five "Every Child Matters" outcomes. Your dedication will drive positive change and shape a brighter future for those in need.

To qualify for this position, you need a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a level 4 management qualification being preferable. You will have at least 3 years' experience of working in children and families' social care.
