Join our Strategic Asset & Facilities Management team and play a key role in supporting a diverse property portfolio that includes offices, leisure centres, commercial buildings and valued community assets. As a Facilities Asset Management Technical Officer, you will provide vital technical, operational and analytical support across the service. Working alongside Technical Leads and Contract Managers, you will help monitor contractor performance, support maintenance and facilities management contracts, carry out inspections and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that make a real difference to local communities.

You will also take ownership of asset information and reporting, maintaining accurate property data, identifying trends and opportunities through analysis, and producing insightful reports to support strategic decision-making. From site surveys and property measurements to developing reporting solutions and driving data improvement projects, no two days will be the same.
