Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our Specialist Assessment, Intervention and Family Time Team (SAIFT) on a fixed-term contract.
Your role would be to undertake parenting assessments, specifically reunification assessments to consider the possibility of children we care for returning to their family network.
Responsibilities
- Undertake parenting assessments, including reunification assessments for children in care to assess the possibility of returning to their family network.
- Work on a number of assessments with autonomy over workload and without case-holding to maintain focus on assessment quality.
- Contract terms and compensation
- Salary: £44,980 - £47,345 per annum (Inclusive of 5% market supplement)
- Hours per week: 37
- Contract: Fixed-term (23 months)
