Clarendon Federation is a maintained primary comprising Infant and Junior sites, serving the garrison town of Tidworth and the surrounding area on beautiful Salisbury Plain. All about the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Class Teacher to join our Infant School on Main Pay Scale (MPS). This role will involve:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences that embody our vision and values.
- Teaching across the Infant age range with a focus on early reading, phonics, and developing writing for purpose and pleasure.
- Differentiating effectively to meet the needs of pupils with a wide range of abilities, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents and the wider Clarendon community to support pupil progress, wellbeing and belonging.
- Contributing to the school’s improvement priorities, particularly in enhancing continuous provision and raising Early Years outcomes.
This is a chance to shape young learners’ first steps in education in a federation committed to professional growth and collaborative practice.
You will be:
