Roles & Responsibilities

  • Allocate reablement support packages and schedule support visits across the County.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and oversight of support services.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate mandatory staff training.
  • Respond to emergency and crisis situations to safeguard customers at risk.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Call Monitoring System (ECMS).
  • Support the implementation of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven ability to prioritise and organise workload.
  • Experience working as part of a multi‑disciplinary care team.
  • Significant experience of supporting allocations in a care setting.
  • Proficiency with ECMS and other allocation software.
  • Solid understanding of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
