Roles & Responsibilities
- Allocate reablement support packages and schedule support visits across the County.
- Ensure efficient allocation and oversight of support services.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate mandatory staff training.
- Respond to emergency and crisis situations to safeguard customers at risk.
- Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Call Monitoring System (ECMS).
- Support the implementation of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven ability to prioritise and organise workload.
- Experience working as part of a multi‑disciplinary care team.
- Significant experience of supporting allocations in a care setting.
- Proficiency with ECMS and other allocation software.
- Solid understanding of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
