Wiltshire is seeking a highly effective school improvement leader with successful headship or significant senior leadership experience to drive school improvement across a group of academies within our Christian ethos Trust.
You will translate vision into sustained impact for pupils and staff every day.
You will coach leaders, provide strong challenge and support, and use Ofsted and SIAMS frameworks to secure rapid, sustained improvement.
