All Teams offer varied experiences supporting people with diverse conditions to live independently at home. Here’s what our existing Newly Qualified OTs from 2022 to 2023 said about the preceptorship support and development opportunities they had with us:

“Thank you for the time and support put into this programme. It has been invaluable, personally and professionally. I am grateful to have been part of this programme; it has been the best start to my OT journey – nothing can take that away. I feel very valued and supported.”

We provide strong support for newly qualified Occupational Therapists, including a comprehensive induction, a 12-month preceptorship, and dedicated monthly time for development and wellbeing. You’ll also benefit from flexible working, ongoing professional development opportunities, and the chance to grow your career across multiple specialties while being part of a passionate OT team.
