A bit about us: St John’s is a Church of England (Voluntary Controlled) Primary School of just over 100 pupils, situated in the large village of Tisbury. All our staff are trained in and use the ‘Thrive’ approach. In our inclusive school, teaching and learning are structured to ensure each child’s individual interests and needs are carefully considered and catered for with a broad and balanced curriculum which enables them to flourish. We encourage children to think creatively and prepare them for the wider world.
All about the role: We are looking for a non-teaching Headteacher who will build on our broad and ambitious curriculum and put the needs of our pupils at the centre of everything they do. Our new Headteacher will nurture and develop all our staff and pupils and work collaboratively with parents, the governors and the wider community.
