ALABARÉ is a charity that provides accommodation and support for individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges, including armed forces veterans, young people, adults and those with learning disabilities. ALABARÉ aims to break the cycle of homelessness by offering safe housing, mental health support, and pathways to independence. The charity has expanded its services across the South West and Wales, supporting thousands of people every year.

We are currently recruiting full time 37.5 hours per week Enablement & Transition Officers (ETOs) for our Homelessness service, with opportunities available in Chippenham and Salisbury. The role is worked on a rota basis, including days, weekends, and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
