Our dedicated Youth Justice Service within our ‘Outstanding’ Children’s Services has an availability for a passionate Restorative Justice Worker. Our Youth Justice Service seeks to offer children, particularly those who are vulnerable, the necessary support through proactive, non-adversarial, and legally mandated interventions to improve their safety and wellbeing and prevent offending or re-offending.

The Service has a crucial role in assisting children and their families to build resilience, overcome barriers, reduce concerning behaviours, and achieve positive life outcomes. As a Restorative Justice Worker, you will work with families and children who are involved in or are at risk of entering the Youth Justice System. You will liaise with victims of youth crime and their families, providing information about the System, Court and out of Court processes.
