Spurgeons Wiltshire Family Hub is seeking a motivated Family Navigator to support families across the West Wiltshire area, engaging with libraries, schools and community groups to connect people with local services.

You will travel between library drop-ins and school gates, building relationships and guiding families to appropriate support within the Family Hub network.

The role emphasises inclusive, community-facing work and collaborative problem solving.
