A bit about us: We are a warm, friendly and well-established pre-school at the heart of the local community. As a registered charity, our setting is overseen by a dedicated volunteer committee who work closely with the staff to ensure children and families receive high-quality early years provision.
All about the role: The role involves strong communication and teamwork. Maintaining strong relationships with our families and ensuring the setting provides a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and early years best practice.
- Is passionate about delivering a high-quality, child-centred approach.
