We provide flexible, casual work with no fixed hours. You will work on an as‑needed basis depending on Wiltshire Council’s requirements and your availability.
Responsibilities
- Teach safe, fun, effective and enjoyable swimming classes as part of a swimming programme or in 1‑1 tuition environments.
- Motivate and inspire children and vulnerable adults, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Communicate effectively and stay organised while safeguarding all participants.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or above Swim England swimming teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Alternatively, a minimum of a Level 1 qualification and evidence of placement on a Level 2 course to complete the qualification.
- Experience teaching children within a leisure environment.
