Role Summary
Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being. We’re looking for individuals to supervise pool and poolside activities who are available on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends.
Qualifications & Training
NPLQ holders receive priority for shortlisting. Non‑NPLQ candidates may still be considered. Wiltshire Council may fund your NPLQ course, which you must complete within three months of starting, subject to swim test and course availability.
