Salary: £44,845 - £46,992 (Inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)

Become an important member of our Reablement Team and make a real difference to people’s lives as they recover after a hospital stay. Our work is guided by empathy, respect, compassion and trust. We support individuals to regain confidence, rebuild skills and live as independently as possible through person centred and strengths based practice.

You will join an experienced and supportive team where teamwork and wellbeing are central. As an Occupational Therapist, you will use your professional expertise to complete assessments, design tailored reablement plans and guide individuals towards meaningful goals. Your honest and supportive approach will help people understand their strengths and options, while your adaptable mindset will ensure each plan reflects changing needs and abilities.

You will act as a trusted advisor within the team, offering guidance on equipment, safe practice and decision making. Integrity and respect shape every interaction, and you will play an active part in supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvements across the service.

The role offers autonomy to manage your own schedule and provide personalised support across a varied caseload in homes, hospitals and community settings. You will also receive ongoing professional support from our Principal Occupational Therapist, along with access to leadership and coaching programmes.

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with at least two years post qualification experience and a full UK driving licence. If you share our values and want to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.

This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
