We're looking for Lifeguards who are available on an ad-hoc basis covering existing staff absences. For any unsocial hours worked, casual workers will receive an additional payment (at a rate of 10%) attached to their hourly rate. Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
