We’re looking for Lifeguards who are available on an ad‑hoc basis covering existing staff absences. Casual workers will receive a 10% additional payment for any unsocial hours worked.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover existing staff absences on a casual basis.
  • Ensure member safety and well‑being in the pool area.
  • Adhere to health and safety legislation and pool policies.

Qualifications:

  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.

As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obliged to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
